WHAT’S REFUNDED
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it to make sure it meets the return conditions. If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method you used at checkout. Below is everything you need to know about how our refund process works so there are no surprises.
Refund Eligibility
Your refund will be approved if the following conditions are met:
- The item is in original, unused condition, with no signs of damage or wear. All tags and packaging should still be intact.
- A valid receipt, order number, or proof of purchase is provided so we can verify your order.
- The return has been submitted and approved by our customer service team in line with our return guidelines.
How Refunds Work
Once your return is approved and received, we’ll issue a refund to the same payment method you used when placing your order. Here are a few things to keep in mind:
- Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days after your returned item has been reviewed and accepted.
- The money will go back to the original payment method—for example, if you paid with a credit card, the refund will go back to that card.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Once we send the refund, it’s in their hands, and some delays may happen that are outside of our control.
Refund Amount
You’ll be refunded the full product price, excluding any original shipping fees. If the return is due to an error on our part (like a faulty or incorrect item), we’ll also cover the cost of return shipping and send you a prepaid return label.
Late Refunds
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was accepted and you haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at support@heardex.store. We’ll look into it right away and work with your payment provider to resolve it quickly.
Partial Refunds
In some situations, you might receive only a partial refund. This could happen if:
- The item was returned used, damaged, or in a condition that lowers its value.
- Not all original parts, accessories, or packaging were included.
- The item was returned after our 90-day return period without prior approval.
If a partial refund applies, we’ll contact you with the adjusted amount and explain any deductions before the refund is issued.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, color, or size, the easiest method is to return the original item and place a new order. We don’t currently offer direct exchanges, so this ensures your new order gets processed without delay.
