Transit, Handling, and Order Cut-Off Time

Handling Time: We typically process and prepare your order within 1 to 3 business days, including payment verification and careful packaging.
Delivery Time: Combining handling and transit, total delivery usually takes between 3 and 7 business days. This can vary based on your location, shipping method, and order volume.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be processed the next business day to ensure timely shipment.

Shipping Rates
We charge a flat $5 shipping fee on all orders within the U.S., no matter how many items you purchase. This simple, fixed rate helps you avoid surprises and makes budgeting easier. Please note that applicable taxes on shipping will be added based on your delivery address at checkout.

Delivery Terms
We partner with trusted carriers to make sure your order arrives safely and on time. Our main delivery partners include:

Change of Address
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Once your package is on the way, we cannot change the delivery address. If you spot a mistake before shipping, contact us immediately at support@heardex.store, and we’ll do our best to correct it.

If an incorrect address leads to delivery failure, the package will return to our warehouse. You’ll be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order to the correct address. To avoid delays and extra fees, accuracy is key.

Order Tracking System
Each shipped order comes with a unique tracking number sent to you by email or SMS. This allows you to track your shipment in real time—from dispatch to delivery—so you always know where your package is.

Wrong Address
If delivery fails due to an incomplete or incorrect address:

  • The package will be returned to our warehouse.
  • You will need to cover the cost of reshipping to the corrected address.

Cancellations

Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged or tampered with:

  • If possible, refuse delivery and contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a return or replacement at no cost to you.
  • If already delivered and damaged, email support@heardex.store with photos of the damage right away. We’ll help you with a return or replacement.

Please report damage promptly, as we can’t accept claims reported after significant delays.

Tax
Sales tax applies to both product prices and shipping charges, calculated based on your shipping address. The exact amount will be shown before you complete your purchase, reflecting any state, county, or local taxes applicable to your location.

International Orders
