RETURN POLICY (90-DAY RETURNS)
At Heardex, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help. We offer a 90-day return window for both defective and non-defective items. You have 90 calendar days from the delivery date to start a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Our support team will guide you every step of the way to make sure your return process is simple and stress-free.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Unused & Undamaged: The product should be in its original condition—unused, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any damage or wear. Items that show signs of use or modification won’t qualify for a return.
Original Packaging: The return must include all original packaging and materials. This includes tags, labels, boxes, protective inserts, and any extras that came with your order.
Proof of Purchase: To process your return, we’ll need a valid receipt, order confirmation, or another form of proof that shows the purchase was made through Heardex.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at support@heardex.store with the following details:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- A brief reason for the return (optional but helpful)
Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how to package and send the item back to us.
Return Shipping
Please note, while we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label once your request is approved, the shipping cost for the return is not covered by Heardex. Carefully repack your item with all components to ensure it arrives back safely and intact.
Unauthorized Returns
Any items returned without authorization or without using our provided shipping label will not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your own expense. Always make sure to follow the return steps outlined above.
Items That Can’t Be Returned
Some items are excluded from our return policy due to their nature. These include:
- Perishable Items: Including food, flowers, plants, and similar time-sensitive goods.
- Custom Orders: Any products that were customized or made specifically for you.
- Personal Care Products: Items like beauty or hygiene products can’t be returned for safety reasons.
- Hazardous Goods: Including flammable materials or gases.
- Sale or Clearance Items: Products marked as final sale, including some leather goods, are not eligible.
- Gift Cards: These are non-refundable.
